1. Shipping Coverage
- We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India
- Currently, we do not ship internationally
- Some remote areas may have extended delivery times
- Certain PIN codes may be unserviceable by our courier partners

- Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day
- Peak seasons (festivals, sales) may experience slight delays
4. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details
- Order Processing: We process orders within 1-2 business days (quality check, packaging)
- Dispatch: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS
- In Transit: Track your order using the tracking link provided
- Delivery: Our courier partner will deliver to your address
5. Order Tracking
Track your order using any of these methods:
- Website: Visit our Track Order page and enter your order number
- Email: Click the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email
- SMS: Click the tracking link sent via SMS
- Contact Us: Email info@uzacia.com with your order number
6. Delivery Process
6.1 Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make 2-3 delivery attempts
- If you're unavailable, they may contact you to reschedule
- After failed attempts, the package may be held at the nearest pickup point
- Undelivered packages are returned to us after 7 days
6.2 At the Time of Delivery
- Please check the package for external damage before accepting
- If the package appears damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
- OTP verification may be required for high-value orders
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours
6.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Please keep exact change ready for the delivery person
- COD amount must be paid at the time of delivery
- We do not accept cheques or card payments on delivery

- Military bases (APO/FPO) – please contact us for alternatives
- Certain remote or restricted areas
- Areas with ongoing natural calamities or civil unrest
8. Delays and Issues
8.1 Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, storms)
- Strikes or civil disturbances
- Public holidays and festivals
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
- Recipient unavailable for multiple delivery attempts
In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email/SMS.
8.2 Lost Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 15 days of expected delivery
- We will investigate with our courier partner
- If confirmed lost, we will either reship the order or issue a full refund
8.3 Damaged Packages
- Do NOT accept visibly damaged packages
- If you discover damage after opening, report within 48 hours with photos
- Full refund or replacement will be provided for transit damage
9. Address Guidelines
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:
- Complete address with house/flat number, building name
- Correct PIN code (must match your state)
- Nearby landmark for easy identification
- Active mobile number for delivery updates and coordination

- Ecom Express
The specific courier for your order depends on your location and serviceability.
11. Risk of Loss
As per industry standards:
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery by the carrier
- We are responsible for the product until it is handed over to the courier
- Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported within the specified timeframes
12. Holiday Shipping
- Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Expect delays during Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas, and New Year periods
- We will update estimated delivery times during peak seasons
